  • Handling Inbound calls (Customer Service)
  • Need to handle queries related to US Customers Netflix Account.

Designation:

CSA

  • Excellent communication skills needed
  • HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.
  • Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift
  • Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
  • Salary - 27,000 In hand +2750 Incentives.
  • Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.

Transport Boundaries:
Panvel to Thane, Kalyan to Thane, Thane to Dadar East.

Rounds of Interviews:
HR, Ops, Berlitz (VnA), Typing-25/85.


Salary:
₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
