About The Role:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creation of visually engaging and effective communication materials across various projects.
  • Define and uphold the visual identity of Oliv.AI.

  • Guide junior designers and offer advice on design best practices.
  • Shape the design vision and strategy in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Establish and execute user-centered design processes for seamless user experiences.
  • Establish and oversee a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials

What We Need:

  • 47 years of experience in designing for SaaS companies, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity. AI exposure preferred
  • Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong grasp of web design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
