Position Overview:

-
Sales: SDRs, Account Executive, and Product Specialist
➔ Develop a comprehensive understanding of ZenTrades's technology and effectively
communicate its capabilities and benefits to potential customers, addressing any
objections they may have
➔ Identify and target key decision-makers within designated companies and territories,
securing appointments and demonstrations through effective penetration, prospecting,
and qualification efforts

resources, to build and maintain a robust database and pipeline of prospects within the
small and mid-sized field service sector, both domestically and internationally
➔ Consistently meet daily and weekly goals while generating a significant number of
qualified opportunities
➔ Take ownership of revenue targets, driving the sales pipeline and funnel towards
successful closure

Marketing:

➔ Collaborate with the team to implement campaigns across various digital and traditional
channels
➔ Aid in accomplishing important milestones and develop content along with other
promotional initiatives
➔ Gain insights into the target audience of the product and employ strategic positioning and
messaging to enhance product demand and revenue
➔ Contribute to enhancing the website and driving traffic to enhance its visibility in search
results for our products
➔ Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for
enhancement

Customer Success:
(Onboarding & Account Management)

➔ Take ownership of customer relationships from sales initiation to successful
implementation
➔ Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a swift rollout of the
platform
➔ Guide clients through a seamless implementation leveraging deep knowledge of the
industry and product
