As the Vice President and brand Marketing Head, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand strategy to enhance market presence and drive growth.

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to position the brand effectively and differentiate it from competitors.
• Lead the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate brand objectives into impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, events, and partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionmaking.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record in brand management and strategy development.
• Deep understanding of the Indian market landscape, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence crossfunctional teams.
• Experience leading highperforming teams in a fastpaced environment.
