Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients to promote hospital services, facilities, and specialties.
• Explain hospital offerings, including medical procedures, treatments, and healthcare packages, to potential patients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients by providing accurate information, addressing queries, and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tele-marketing scripts and strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Keep detailed records of telephonic interactions, appointments scheduled, and leads generated using CRM software.
• Follow up with potential patients to nurture leads, address objections, and encourage appointments.
• Stay updated on hospital services, medical advancements, and industry trends to effectively communicate with patients.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in tele-marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services is preferred.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
