Andheri East, Mumbai (10 mins walk from the station)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing sales, client mail, and inquiries regarding product
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- Prepare & finalize Proforma Invoice, Contract, and Other documents as required
- Following up till deals get close and Follow up on pending payment
- Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits
- Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Qualifications & Skills Desired
- BA/BSc/ Bachelors degree in life sciences/business administration or management, marketing, or related field
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of achieving targets
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
