Office Location:
Andheri East, Mumbai (10 mins walk from the station)


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing sales, client mail, and inquiries regarding product
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
  • Prepare & finalize Proforma Invoice, Contract, and Other documents as required
  • Following up till deals get close and Follow up on pending payment
  • Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Qualifications & Skills Desired

  • BA/BSc/ Bachelors degree in life sciences/business administration or management, marketing, or related field
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
