    Qualifications

    • Experience in HR management, including developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
    • Proficiency in personnel management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Certifications in HR management will be a plus
