Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Executive at our location in Kolkata.

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates.

The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into our customers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Area Sales Executive or similar role
Mandatory distributor search and maintaining good relationship with the existing distributor.
Should have an experience of FMCG industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Resultsdriven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
