Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for the Partner.

Prioritize and manage the Partner's calendar to optimize their time and ensure deadlines are met.


Communication and Correspondence:
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests with discretion and professionalism.


Document Management:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for client files, contracts, and other essential documents.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


Client Interaction:
Act as a point of contact between clients and the Partner.

Assist in scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring a positive client experience.


Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, as required.


Financial Administration:
Assist in basic financial administration tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping.


Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for meetings and presentations.


Office Management:
Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
