    Description

    Profile: Senior Backend Developer

    Experience: 5+ Years

    Notice Period: Immediate

    Job Type: Contractual

    Location: Whitefield Bangalore

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our web and mobile applications.
    • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
    • Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
    • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
    • Integrate thirdparty services and APIs as needed to enhance functionality and user experience.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA or production support teams, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend tools and frameworks to improve development processes and efficiency.
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, , or similar.
    • Strong understanding of web development concepts and experience with serverside frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, , or similar.
    • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
    • Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs.
    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
