    Description

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Take charge and lead a small marketing design team and become more effective by incorporating best practices.
    • Set team goals, measure performance, and elevate the quality bar of the team while taking ownership of deliverables.
    • Expected to represent depth in the craft of visual design: as an individual contributor, as a mentor and guide for more junior colleagues, team and peer functions.
    • Take leadership to express and communicate a brand through distinct graphics, patterns, motion, interaction, and creative methods.
    • Work in partnership with crossfunctional leadership.
    • Optimize on project management and maintain a high quality of deliverables from start to finish.
    • Understand and evolve the brand standards and guidelines of all products.
    • Experience with diverse content and subject matter.
    • The ability to clearly present your point of view, express ideas, and accept feedback
    Requirements :


    • 7+ years of experience.
    • Can work on website, branding projects, marketing campaigns, and social media video collateral.
    • Strong understanding of design patterns, color theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with great attention to detail and consistency.
    • Demonstrate senior working experience as a visual/UI designer with a strong portfolio supporting your meticulous attention to details.
    • Knowledge of design processes, particularly as applied to marketing deliverables.
    • Knowledge of capabilities and limitations in Web development such as HTML and CSS.
    • Ideally worked in a startup or tech company to help adjust to the pace and autonomy at Plivo
    Tools :


    • Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools such as Adobe suite, Figma, AI design tools, etc.
    • Good old' pen and paper or whiteboarding to define concepts
