Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems remotely and onsite.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and procedures in a helpdesk system.
- Train end-users on IT systems and software applications.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in IT support or a helpdesk role preferred.
