Responsibilities:

- Support lead teachers in delivering instruction and implementing lesson plans.

- Assist with classroom management and student supervision during lessons and activities.

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional assistance.

- Prepare materials, resources, and visual aids for lessons and activities.

- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in education preferred.

- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children.
