ELEGANCE OF LEADERSHIP!

There are few people who are just amazing! They share their intellectual prowess and enable many to extend their horizon. Their wit and level of intellect are certainly beyond average and they carve a niche in majority’s mind with awe and reverence! Their contributions in the social networking platform with a selfless attitude are an axiom for many to follow. Their sense of humility is astounding and we have perhaps nothing to do apart from saluting them for their relentless endeavors only with an aim to enrich us. They are stimulus for many to open up with their hidden talent and enable the world to enjoy the lucid taste of beauty which many possess and they are utterly unaware of their beauty, which only out of duty of these phenomenal persona’s facilitate us to enjoy the exquisite taste of such grand beauty.

I personally believe that Leaders cannot be made. They are born and surely out of certain circumstances which one may perhaps not able to predict. The available circumstances along with certain conditions pave the way for the advent of true leaders. They are not merely focused for any organization’s profit, but their call for humanity and to serve people with larger interests make them true leaders. They not merely lead from the front, the adage which has become pretty cliché, rather they lead from the top and their bird’s view enable them to work beyond the boundary of any nation. Ant’s view, I guess, sometimes hinder us, not allowing to have an overall view and a leader necessarily has to possess a view which may having wider vistas then the common folks. A success of modern leaders chiefly lies on how much he or she may capable to influence on others, not to dictate or dominate or pose a figure as a cult for many to follow blindly as an authority where reasons take back seat, while authority plays the crucial role out of its opulence, greed and infamy.

I seldom came across leaders who could be distinguished out of their wisdom and recognizing the strength of many instead of singularity and thus they become a cult automatically, not by virtue of any hegemony out of power, but by virtue of their wit and intellect which truly can exploit the human resources to the fullest for the sake of the service for humanity and making them a brand of their own distinction.

I can only acknowledge few names whom I came across in the platform of social media and I really don’t know how they are being appreciated and awarded out of their phenomenal contributions in order to even make the social networking site a viable site to engage more traffic and their continuous strive to popularize the concern cite itself. I just doff of to them for their sincere endeavors!
