Graduate Either Hotel Management or Diploma

Salary-17000 CTC

Skills / Responsibilities:

Must be presentable.
Must have good communication skills.
Knowledge about basic computer.
To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation
Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling,
Customer query handling
GSA gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and "Ma'am".
They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
Box office handling ,ticketing and reporting
