Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with lenders to provide additional information or clarification as needed during the underwriting process.
  • Coordinate loan closings, including scheduling appointments, preparing closing documents, and facilitating the signing process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and correspondence.
  • Stay informed about changes in lending regulations, policies, and procedures that may impact loan processing.
  • Assist Chartered Accountants with other financial services tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services, preferably within a CA firm or accounting environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing documentation.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for loan processing and analysis.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and lenders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.

Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
