Proven experience as a B2B Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Preferred bank work experience.
