CRM Coordinator (Freshers)

Location:
Sec-11, Noida.

As a CRM Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts.

This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of CRM.

You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM system to enhance customer relationships and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:_


Data Entry and Management:

  • Input and update client information in the CRM database.
  • Regularly audit and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

User Support and Training:

  • Assist users in understanding and utilizing the CRM system effectively.
  • Provide training sessions for new users as needed.

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes and procedures.
  • Generate reports and analytics as required by the management.

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant data for the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the IT team for system integration and troubleshooting.

Customer Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and implementing communication strategies for customer engagement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend enhancements to the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM concepts is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
