We are 36 room property located near Gorai Beach, Mumbai.

We serve mainly to corporate customers for their conference requirements as well as retail customers like couples, families, large groups, weddings, etc.


Job description

  • All Rounder Chef
  • Cooking and preparing high quality Buffet and Ala Carte Meals (Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, Tandoor)
  • Preparing veg and nonveg meals
  • Supervising and assisting kitchen staff
  • Supervising inventory management
  • Supervising and maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
  • Hotel Management degree is not compulsory but will be an added advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years and above
  • Preference: Chefs from Garhwal / Uttarakhand / Rajasthan / North India
  • Knowledge of Maharashtrian / Gujrati / South Indian / any other Indian cuisine will be an added advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Chef: 5 years (preferred)
  • Chefs: 5 years (preferred)
