Resolving customer complaints: A customer support executive should be able to handle customer complaints efficiently by listening to their concerns, empathizing with them, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Managing customer accounts: A customer support executive should maintain and update customer records, including their contact information, transaction history, and account preferences.

Collaborating with other departments: A customer support executive should collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the company's strategies and operations.

Identifying customer trends: A customer support executive should monitor customer feedback and identify trends or patterns to help the company improve its products, services, or processes.

Maintaining customer satisfaction: A customer support executive should work towards maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support, following up on customer inquiries, and providing personalized solutions to customer problems.

Meeting performance targets: A customer support executive should meet performance targets set by the company, such as response time, call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.


In addition to these responsibilities, a customer support executive should possess excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
