Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TDM (Test Data Management) Delphix Specialist to join our team.

As a TDM Delphix Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing test data environments using the Delphix platform.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and implementing efficient solutions to ensure smooth and effective test data management processes.


Responsibilities:


Test Data Management:
Implement and maintain end-to-end test data management processes using the Delphix platform. Design and deploy data virtualization, masking, and provisioning solutions to meet project needs.

Requirements Analysis:
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand test data requirements. Analyze data usage patterns, volumes, and dependencies to develop efficient and scalable data management strategies.

Delphix Administration:
Perform administration tasks for the Delphix platform, including environment setup, user management, configuration, and troubleshooting. Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of Delphix environments.

Data Masking:
Design and implement data masking techniques to ensure sensitive data protection in non-production environments. Collaborate with security teams to define and enforce data masking policies and standards.

Data Provisioning:
Provision and refresh test data sets for different testing scenarios. Develop automated processes and scripts to streamline data provisioning and improve overall efficiency.

Test Environment Optimization:
Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to optimize test environments. Identify and address bottlenecks, performance issues, and data inconsistencies to enhance the quality and efficiency of testing activities.

Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Generate reports and metrics related to test data management processes, highlighting areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in TDM and test automation. Identify opportunities for process improvements, tool enhancements, and automation to drive efficiency and productivity gains.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a TDM Delphix Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of test data management concepts and practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Delphix platform, including setup, administration, and data virtualization capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data masking techniques and tools, with experience in defining and implementing data masking policies.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, Python) for automation and provisioning purposes.
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and database administration concepts.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in Delphix or related TDM tools is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
