Job Details:


As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.


What you'll do:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing conflicting demands.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other relevant documents for CEO's meetings and ensure timely followup on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels and handling requests and inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO's domestic and international trips.
  • Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of companywide events, board meetings, and executivelevel conferences.
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive support team to ensure seamless operations and provide backup support when necessary.

What you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting Clevel executives.
  • Willing to travel across India.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare polished presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with mínimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in handling confidential and sensitive matters.

Qualifications:
