We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

This role involves a combination of sales and marketing responsibilities, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies while also supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Sales:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs, pain points, and preferences.
Present products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM software.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Marketing:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products or services and increase brand awareness.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, gathering insights and making recommendations for optimization.
