Job Title:
Front Office Receptionist


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive and professional first impression of the company
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail, handling deliveries, and maintaining the reception area
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow office policies and procedures and ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹100, ₹250,000.00 per year
