Job Title:
Front Office Receptionist
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive and professional first impression of the company
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail, handling deliveries, and maintaining the reception area
- Schedule client appointments
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow office policies and procedures and ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹100, ₹250,000.00 per year
