Job Title:
Tele Calling Executive


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients and pitching them products, services or offers.
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries, concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions and feedback, as well as updating relevant databases or CRM systems.
  • Following up with customers on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and build longterm relationships.
  • Meeting individual and team targets for sales, customer retention, and other KPIs.
  • Adhering to company policies and guidelines, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams to resolve complex customer issues or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is preferred
  • Looking for immediate joiners (Must)
  • Onsite work only No work from home.
  • For Fresher salary will be 10000 to 13000 Per Month.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
