Role Description


The Project Management Analyst is going to support delivery teams, coordinate for different tasks with specialists, engineers and analysts to meet the project objectives.

Thereby, ensuring that the bank-wide requirements and standards to perform a project will be adhered. In addition, the Project Management Analyst supports in the financial management of the domain payment and cards.

Your key responsibilities
The Project Management Analyst supports the Project Manager in the Project Management Office in the following tasks:

  • Ensure that the projects of the domain and the according business case will be captured, initiated, and approved in the agreed scope.
  • Planning of the project so the results will be achieved as planned and the business benefits will be supported.
  • Take over responsibility for the management of financials (i.e., in dbClarity) and the order management (in dbbuyer)
  • Prepare different documents and templates e.g., for Steering Committees.
  • Prepare reports reg the status of the project about budget, timeline, scope, risks and dependencies.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor-Degree from a recognized university or similar work experience
  • Willingness to deal with project governance and to distribute to the success of the domain
  • Enthusiasm to organize and to deal with numbers
  • Interest in quality managementtools and techniques
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
