Digital Investment Platform is the core of the operation with over EUR 100 billion in managed assets offers portfolio management, transactions and investment solutions for 1.5 million private and institutional customers in Germany and Luxembourg.

Our Offerings are IKS Fund Platform, EDISON (Front-end platform digitalization), WISE (White Label Robo technology Platform) & DWS Direkt (Direct distribution of DWS Products to Private Investors)

The IKS Operation Team is spread over three locations.

Beside the main hub Frankfurt, there are two further locations where the operations team is working from:
Luxembourg and India.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely production of daily SLA
  • Prepare daily MIS
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written) & strong interpersonal skills
  • Well organized & able to clearly present results of work.
  • Passion for change and confidence in own abilities.
  • Need to work as per the guidelines/procedures set by the business.
  • Responsible for understanding client's needs from a technical and operational perspective.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
  • Should be flexible working in different shifts.
  • Be comfortable & willing to drive process improvement. Ensure support for managing internal projects/initiatives.
  • Regular connect with stakeholders to ensure smooth quality delivery and new learning
  • Good Time management skills. Timely response to all clients' queries.
  • Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.

Skills

  • German language proficiency (B2 and above)
  • Should have exposure in German language task
  • Should have basic understanding of Financial Sector.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management. Preferred
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds. Preferred
  • MS Office
