SHARE POINT AND OFFICE 365 ADMIN

Experienced in the administration of M365 and a strong understanding of all components of Microsoft 36
Should be able to use the ServiceNow ticketing platform. Manage and take ownership of the Collaboration ticketing queue.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Viva configuration and creating and publishing custom queries.
Strong working experience using Power BI.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the collaboration environment.
Consult and help internal Business users with internal Collaboration tools to ServiceNow.
Highly experienced in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive administration.
Working experience using Microsoft Graph API and the ability to create and publish apps to Teams and SharePoint.
Working experience with Azure AD and Azure services.
Must have experience with Zoom Administration.
Must have working experience using PowerShell.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

More than 5 years of Exp. in SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Strong interpersonal skills, customercentric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
Experience in Microsoft Graph API
Demonstrated success in completing complex projects, on time.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Good to have experience:

Experience with Miro.
Experienced with Lucid charts.
Experience with Splunk.
Experience using Sharegate.
Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX practices, JavaScript.

Salary:
Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
