Responsibilities:


  • Learn and adhere to standard recipes and techniques for preparing a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards in handling and storing coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service throughout their visit to the café.
  • Prepare and present beverages with attention to detail, ensuring consistency in flavor, temperature, and appearance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment, as well as disposing of waste and recycling.
  • Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies, including coffee beans, milk, cups, lids, and other consumables.
  • Follow instructions from senior baristas and management to continuously improve performance and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee culture, brewing methods, and barista skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in beverage preparation and customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Pay:
₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
