Position:
Captain


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for providing inputs to staff and take briefings.
  • Responsible for compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining standard of service and emphasize on up selling.
  • Maintaining staff discipline and conduct regular briefings.
  • Making Duty Roster and assigning work areas to staff.
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the outlet and issue / deposit of the keys with
security.

  • Responsible for maintaining the tip register of the outlet.
  • Responsible for maintaining the par stock levels in the restaurant.
  • Responsible for taking the guest feedback and do speedy service recovery.
  • Responsible for giving out inventories for the outlet.

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • 3 Year Degree Holder or Apprenticeship in F&B.
Work Experience: 2 -3 years in the Industry at same level or working as a Senior Steward.


Preferred Skills and Qualification:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality.
  • Smart with a straight posture.
  • Fluent in English Communication.
  • Able to work long hours in different shifts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
