Captain
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing inputs to staff and take briefings.
- Responsible for compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining standard of service and emphasize on up selling.
- Maintaining staff discipline and conduct regular briefings.
- Making Duty Roster and assigning work areas to staff.
- Responsible for opening and closing of the outlet and issue / deposit of the keys with
- Responsible for maintaining the tip register of the outlet.
- Responsible for maintaining the par stock levels in the restaurant.
- Responsible for taking the guest feedback and do speedy service recovery.
- Responsible for giving out inventories for the outlet.
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- 3 Year Degree Holder or Apprenticeship in F&B.
Preferred Skills and Qualification:
- Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality.
- Smart with a straight posture.
- Fluent in English Communication.
- Able to work long hours in different shifts.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
