Position:
Sales Coordinator

Location:
Mundka, Delhi

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Gender:
Female (Married preferred)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently handle client queries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and process orders by accurately punching in details into the system.
  • Maintain and manage detailed records of client interactions, orders, and accounts using advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Exhibit excellent team handling capabilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with clients to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
  • Bring a sense of humor to the workplace to create a positive and engaging work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle teams and manage client relationships effectively.
  • A sense of humor with the capability to maintain a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
