In this role, you will:
- Conduct investigations and gather comprehensive evidentiary materials on cases with low to moderate risk or complexity related to individual allegations
- Train, consult, and provide risk based investigative products and services to all lines of business
- Gather comprehensive evidentiary materials using technology expertise
- Provide support for lower complexity investigations
- Guide and execute internal investigation programs with moderate to high risk or complexity
- Make riskbased decisions in compliance with company based on legal and regulatory requirements and recommends actions in response to investigations
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures and lowtomedium risk tasks and deliverables
- Provide analysis of complex allegations and diverse individual relations problems using independent judgment and based on indepth review of company policy and procedures and employment law legislation
- Function under a moderate degree of guidance and supervision with limited exposure to client senior management
- Collaborate with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders
- Create and provide communication to reporting parties, investigators, and leaders as well as law enforcement and legal counsel
- Collaborate with employee relations, legal, business management, and other resources to offer decision recommendations based on investigation results
- Serve as the primary client contact on assigned casework
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
