Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Ensure that all cleaning activities meet the established standards and guidelines, safety and health regulations.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Provide training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:


  • Catering craft course or diploma.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, at least 3 years in a catering operation kitchen
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
