  • 16+ year experience of overall IT and 8+ years of Solution Design & Architecture with development experience
  • You translate business process requirements into technical design, creating a bestfit framework for a scaleable implementation
  • Implementation understanding with indepth knowledge with transformation project experience across BSS / OSS
  • Able to communicate on complex issues with stakeholders and technical staff, to meet business and customer requirements
  • Always keeping up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, product, and strategies
  • Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team
  • Lead for largescale solutions ensuring designs meet customer requirements and achieve appropriate outcomes and deliverables
  • Acts as a role model for colleagues providing guidance around technical and behavioral competencies to ensure sharing of internal best practice
  • Platform reliability, performance, security knowledge
  • Familiarity with SCRUM / Agile working practices and Devops operation model
  • Adherence to produce clean and easytounderstand code and documentations
  • Good understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS System with understanding of Telecom Journey Like order management, Billing, CRM, Service Assurance, Fulfillment, SDN-NFV Etc.
  • Good knowledge of business models, Operating models, business strategies for B2C, B2B and Wholesale service providers.
  • Knowledge of process transformation Business Process Management (BPM), ITIL and Modeling Telecom Business Operations (eTOM, SID, TAM).
  • Good to have knowledge EA frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Understanding of Telco Product Models
  • Team player, Team Lead and proactive

Responsibilities:


  • Understanding client requirements and translating to these into workable system solutions, creating architecture design documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements
  • Demonstrating product and technical leadership on leading COTS product
  • Working with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible E2E solutions for clients.
  • Understanding of PSR model.
  • Understanding of Service Delivery
  • Understanding of Service Assurance
  • Understanding of Networks / SDN / NFV
