Responsibilities:


  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives and client specifications.
  • Utilize industrystandard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance video quality, add effects, transitions, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide creative input during the editing process.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve editing techniques and workflow efficiency.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior editors, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and future reference.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of three years of professional experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in editing techniques, storytelling, and visual effects.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery specifications for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, social media).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, color, and typography.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback.
  • Passion for storytelling and creativity, with a proactive approach to problemsolving and innovation.
