Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided contact list or database.

Introduce our services to prospects and explain their benefits.
Answer questions about our services and address any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
Obtain client information such as name, address, and other contact details.
Record details of each conversation, including outcomes and followup actions, in a CRM system or database.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly calls quotas.
Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company while maintaining a polite and professional tone.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to encourage repeat business or referrals.
Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to identify new leads or opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Persuasive and confident demeanor, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Good time management and organizational skills.
