Essential Qualification:
Graduate in
Pharmacy / Microbiology / Biochemistry/ Biotechnology / Life Sciences. Post Graduates in above streams will be preferred.
Experience:
At least 6monthsexperience in Pharmacy, Disease Surveillance, Drug distribution, Microbiology lab or Public Health Research with basic IT skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for bacteriological data entry in the AMR Surveillance system regularly and performing regular backups at the respective Project sites.
- Responsible for planning and execution of all the data management-related work of the project.
- The Project Assistant is responsible for collecting data on antibiotic prescriptions from various sources such as public/private hospitals and pharmacies.
- Observing Patient-Doctor and Patient-Pharmacist interaction, interviewing patients on antibiotic consumption and access to health care.
- Responsible for liasoning with the team on the ground to collect, store, and process the data to ensure the better implementation of the project.
- Review all documents and information for accuracy and inform the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
- Perform quality checks on the data to ensure that it is error-free and meets the required standards.
- Organize and manage the data systematically, making it easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
- Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and additional documents when required.
- Maintains confidentiality of the test reports and patient-related information.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, such as Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians, and Pharmacists to obtain additional information, as required.
- The Project Assistant should be able to communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.
- Working closely with the reporting manager to update, maintain and manage the data.
- Undertaking any other responsibility assigned by the immediate supervisor for the successful completion of project objectives.
