Job Description:

Our Connected Experience solution delivers a radically new approach to product centric companies to offer their products to their customers via multiple channels, engage their customers effectively across such channels whilst cutting costs.

A new opportunity has opened up for the Salesforce Practice Leader to join our rapidly expanding and growing business.

The role requires listening to and working with our Customers, our Salesforce partner alliance, and our internal Solution Sales and Development teams to grow our Salesforce practice into a leading pillar of our growth.

You will help us lead and build the following areas:

Development of practice growth plans and hiring and nurturing talent to build a leading Salesforce practice

Working with Sales team to build and expand our Solutions and Services Portfolio
Working with solution and delivery teams in reviewing customer requirements and related solution components
Designing and architecting innovative and creative solutions
Recommendation and validation of appropriate Salesforce solution components
Technical thought leadership to drive brand building
Creation / oversight of POC's, prototypes and pilot projects including our IP and accelerator initiatives in AI areas
Enhancement of delivery methodology and best practice
Mentoring and input into technical team development
Working on project and delivery assignments

Requirements:

Must have 15+ years' industry experience with at least 5 years as a Salesforce Architect and 2+ years in practice development role
Experience in Sales, Service, Commerce and Experience Cloud Salesforce solutions
Experience in Lightning & Javascript Frameworks
Experience in Agile methodologies (including Design Thinking) and in designing workflow rules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce Certification in relevant disciplines will be an added advantage
