Description
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:- Responsiblity of meeting the batch SLA's and ensure all the intraday deliverables are met on time
- Efficiently troubleshoot incidents and provide quicker resolution to problems
- Participate in initiatives like incident reduction, performance optimization, disaster recovery, Sustained Resiliency etc
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for process improvements
- Effectively communicate about the daily issues and SLA breaches to management and business partners
- Innovate and encourage other team members to improve stability and operational efficiency
- Experience with Mainframe technologies. Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB
- Should have experience on NDM, SFTP and MQ
- Hands on experience in Production Support Environment
- Should have good knowledge on ITIL process
- Hands on knowledge in troubleshooting issues on Mainframe platform
- Financial service experience on the areas of Banking, Payments processing etc
- Working knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Work in the early morning shift hours and provide weekend support on a rotation basis
