We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Coding Teacher to join our educational institution.

As a Coding Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive coding lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.

Your primary goal will be to inspire a love for coding, develop problem-solving skills, and equip students with the technical knowledge needed to excel in the world of programming.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop coding curriculum, lesson plans, and projects that align with educational goals and standards.
  • Deliver interactive and engaging coding lessons to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Teach programming concepts, algorithms, data structures, and problemsolving techniques using relevant programming languages.
  • Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and handson coding exercises to help students grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Assist students in debugging code errors and troubleshooting technical challenges, promoting independent problemsolving skills.
  • Mentor and guide students in exploring various coding paths, career opportunities, and further education in technologyrelated fields.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and paces, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and behavior to create a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest programming languages, tools, and technologies to deliver relevant and current content.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and educational opportunities that enrich the student experience.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills, stay informed about industry trends, and explore innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.
  • Demonstrated teaching experience or relevant professional experience in software development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Passion for education, coding, and technology, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a studentcentered approach to teaching.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to guide students through challenging coding tasks.
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools, online learning platforms, and coding resources.
  • Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
  • Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
