Responsibilities:


Instruction:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, making complex STEM concepts accessible and comprehensible to students.


Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and well-organized classroom environment that promotes active participation, collaboration, and respectful behavior among students.


Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate student progress through a variety of assessments, provide constructive feedback, and use data-driven insights to adapt instructional strategies accordingly.


Individualized Support:

Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support or enrichment opportunities as required to ensure all students succeed.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues, other educators, parents, and community members to enhance STEM education programs and develop interdisciplinary connections.


Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in STEM fields and teaching methodologies through continuous professional development opportunities.


Safety Protocols:

Ensure safety protocols are followed during lab experiments and hands-on activities, emphasizing the importance of responsible conduct in a STEM setting.


Qualifications:


Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering) is typically required.

A master's degree or higher may be preferred for some positions.


Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable manner and to engage students in meaningful discussions.


Pedagogical Skills:
Strong instructional and classroom management skills, including the ability to differentiate instruction and create a student-centered learning environment.


Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with educational technology tools, software, and resources relevant to STEM education.


Problem-Solving:

Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, which are essential for guiding students through the process of analyzing and solving complex problems.


Adaptability:
Flexibility to adjust teaching methods and strategies based on student needs and emerging educational trends.


Ethics and Safety:
Strong adherence to ethical standards, safety protocols, and responsible conduct, particularly in laboratory or hands-on settings.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
