Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage our relationships with our customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on all customer inquiries.

Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide excellent customer service.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
