Description

Conducting effective classroom training of all the Sales team i.e VBA/VBW/SB/TL/TSM/ASM etc.
implement of all the Training Polices at the local level
enhancing the local area VBA Knowledge and Selling Skills by giving right training

When there is no Classroom training planned, Need to visit market, especially at the low sell-out stores to fix the Gaps.

(Performing all RT work)
Contribution into Preparing Training related Content
Develop a schedule to assess training needs, work on training projects / initiatives
Coordinating with ASM and local Teams of all departments for smooth functionality / Training Needs and Execution
Responsible for local area VBA Knowledge and Selling Skills.
Maintain a database of all training materials and Reports also Preparing Pre and Post-test for RT coverage.
Review VBA performance and learning / Work over the self-grooming and knowledge enhancement.
Coordination with Area MD for Training related Expense
Sharing Daily PTR with all the concerns keeping Training HO in loop(TO,ASM)
Sell-out Support at low performing Stores on every Saturday and when required and instructed by HO
Making PJP following by low to high performing VBAS and share it with Concerns at the month beginning
On time Submission of all Trainings Reports and Claims at HO.

Requirements-:

Job Location-: Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Moga, Ferozpur
Maximum qualification graduation
Hand on experience telecom industry
Salary 32k + incentive+ Travel allowance

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
