Job Overview:

Looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team and take on the role of analyzing and improving post-sales processes. If you have a knack for data analysis and enjoy collaborating with various teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze post-sales processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather insights on post-sales activities.


Customer Satisfaction Enhancement:
  • Monitor and assess customer satisfaction metrics after sales interactions.
  • Devise strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through services.


Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Use data analytics tools to derive insights from post-sales data.
  • Prepare and present reports to management focusing on performance indicators.


Process Optimization:
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for efficient workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration of optimized processes across teams.


Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with sales, customer support, and product teams to understand the customer journey.
  • Establish communication channels for addressing challenges and opportunities.


Documentation and Training:
  • Document updated processes and procedures for training and reference.
  • Provide training and support on new workflows to internal teams.


Technology Integration:
  • Recommend technology solutions to improve post-sales operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for implementing relevant tools and systems.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst focusing on post-sales processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
