Job Description:

**Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in an IT/software development company.
Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and technical skills.
Experience in conducting effective phone screens and interviews.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Proactive and resultoriented approach to meet recruitment targets.
Degree in Human resources or a related field.
