We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager & Executive to join our team in the real estate industry.
The Business Development Manager & Executive will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing a sales team, and driving business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the real estate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and proactively seek out potential clients in the target market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our managed workspaces solutions to potential clients.
- Interact with landlords, building managers, and property owners to negotiate lease agreements and secure suitable spaces for our clients.
- Visit sites to assess their suitability, take inventory of available spaces, and gather relevant information for client needs assessment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and provide customized workspace solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
