The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services.

With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).


Executive Assistant covers the performing of clerical, secretarial, and general administrative support services to the business and senior executive in the organisation.

The Admin Services Specialist provides general services, administrative or secretarial assistance.

  • Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies.
  • Analyses factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.
  • Handles & Manages general correspondences, memos, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives and business managers.
  • Supports transfer of concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures.
  • Should be comfortable & efficient while working with virtual teams
  • Must have Service Excellence mindset
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Required to be Interpersonal Savvy & god event management skills.

Experience & Qualification:


  • Min. 5 7 years of Experience in similar capacity or role.
  • Post graduate with business background.
