Core Responsibilities

  • Setting up & checking machine checklist parameter.
  • Preparing and operating blasting machine to perform tasks of blasting.
  • Preparing safety equipment before starting the machine cycle e.g. hand gloves, face mask, ear bud
  • Understanding specifications of the tasks at hand and the desired result by measurements and calculations.
  • Verify blasting powder level and grade.
  • Maintain record of consumption of powder
  • Loading parts in machine and start the operation.
  • Make ready First piece approval inspection report.
  • Make entry in batch card for operation finished part.
  • Performing routine inspection of processed part and 100 % visual check
  • Meet production output as per target
  • Maintain Batch manufacturing record.
  • Handover production status to reliever.
  • Preparing backup Tools for machine Loading.
  • Maintain a record of Tools consumption and Daily production.
  • Maintain 5S in the workplace.
  • Maintain good manufacturing practice.
  • Maintain all the safety standards while operating the machine.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
