    Overall experience of 20+ years.

    15+ years of relevant experience into Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Fabric, Data Mash, Stakeholder management/Sr Leadership engagement, largescale transformation, senior Leaderships, Data Analytics Platforms combination, good to have technology delivering integrated platforms, Technology Background is plus, Leading initiatives.)

    with at least 5 years in Pharma/Healthcare

    Experience with implementing data governance models and processes in a large, highly complex business environment for at least 5 years.

    In-depth experience of data/information management practices, systems and processes including information lifecycle management, data modelling, master data management, meta-data management
    Experience with large-scale data or program management and oversight.

    Ability to build positive relationships across a broad network of customers to embed the strategy and adoption of enterprise data governance and lifecycle management processes.

    Strong business process acumen with in-depth understanding of the impact and dependencies on data
    Experience with defining and implementing data lifecycle management processes in a highly regulated industry.

    Workflow capability that operationalises the data supply chain and data usage across the data ecosystem and the manner in which users/applications interact with system.

    Experience with industry-leading data governance and data management tools like Collibra, Informatica, EBX etc.
    Cross-industry experience highly preferred. 4+ years of international experience working with Global teams.
