  • Should be flexible to work in 24*7 support

  • Expertise in Workflow process, design, error resolution and study over the cases.
  • Expertise IBM content navigator usage process and log analysing study for the business and development prospect.
  • Deployment activities over the production environment.
  • Good knowledge over OCR scanning tool and batch process in tmweb.
  • Good analysing skill for the issues and study of logs to fix the problem.
